Our client was undergoing a major change programme with a profound impact on internal staff and their Real Estate Portfolio. We were appointed to develop an exciting strategy to move to Vested® outsourcing for Facilities Management and Real Estate services globally; to help create a trusted and sustainable partnership between our client and their chosen supplier.
Our Approach
We worked in a team of advisors and had to significantly adapt ways of working, as this procurement was run mostly virtually due to Covid-19. This led us to develop a plethora of innovative ways of working.
We acted as strategic advisors for our client for the duration of the programme. In some ways this was more challenging than typical procurements, due to the change of mindset required from client employees to move to a pioneering Vested model.
Outcomes
Working closely with our client we developed a strategy which met their evolving needs and supported them through the procurement process. Working in unison with our client, their chosen supplier and a team of advisors, we developed the Vested agreement and ensured an efficient and effective transition. We continue our work acting as a neutral party to advise on the partnership.
