We’re very pleased to announce that over the past few months we’ve welcomed two new directors to the Incendium team – Mark Vowles and Amanda Leonard.

Mark joins us from Unilever where he held the role of Workplace Services Operations Director; prior to this, he was a director at Deloitte and worked with Incendium Senior Director Valerie Bonnin. Mark is a Chartered Surveyor by background, with over 20 years’ experience working in real estate and workplace and facilities operations in both corporate and consulting roles.

Amanda has been working with Incendium as a contractor over the last four years, across several of our largest projects. She is an organisation design and development consultant with extensive operational (including FM and OD) and business change experience, and is also a qualified leadership coach.

We are delighted that Mark and Amanda have joined us, bringing extensive experience and insights to our growing team.
