This marks a significant milestone for Vietnam’s coworking sector, as W Signature sets a new benchmark for health, wellbeing and workplace experience across the country’s rapidly growing flexible workspace market.
Launched in 2024 by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in collaboration with The Instant Group, the WELL Coworking Rating is derived from the research-backed health strategies of the WELL Building Standard and includes nearly 50 features spanning all 10 WELL concepts. These include air, water quality, light, thermal comfort, movement and nourishment.
The rating validates how coworking and flexible workspaces meet evidence-based health and wellbeing measures, operational excellence and member experience. W Signature will also be integrated into The Instant Group’s platform, helping occupiers make informed workspace decisions based on health and wellbeing expectations. Prospective coworking and flexible workspace users will be able to search for the new rating and its associated data while accessing more than 40,000 flexible workplaces through Instant’s digital platforms.
