We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome back associate Clare Shirodkar to the Incendium team!

A long-time associate of Incendium, Clare has previously worked closely with Partner Mike Perkis and Director Valerie Bonnin, and Mike comments: “Having returned from maternity leave, we’re delighted to welcome Clare back as an associate – she will be a huge asset to the team, and we hope Incendium’s flexible-working culture will be a great fit for her return to work.”

Clare has extensive property and consultancy experience; her most recent roles include working as the lead programme manager for a global cost reduction project and as an assistant director at a leading real estate consultancy. Her experience includes the procurement of strategic real estate services, the design of the retained organisation required to manage the services, and the development of corporate real estate strategies.
