A new role
addressing flexibility

We are delighted to announce that one of our part-time consultants, Shannon Smedley, will now be joining us in a more permanent role within the Incendium team.

Shannon is experienced in global consulting roles, specifically focusing on footprint vs business strategy and delivery models. She also has a detailed research background and has worked extensively within the supplier, client and consulting sides of the industry, which will all prove valuable as we continue to expand.

Before joining Incendium, Shannon held a US and UK based global role within a global pharmaceutical corporate real estate team, completing strategic sales and acquisitions, portfolio right-sizing and workplace reorganisation through close relationships with the business units. She is also skilled at in-depth portfolio and data analysis.

Most recently, Shannon was working within Incendium at a global bank covering the launch of a new governance model and the development of a three-year strategy for the Group Business Support Services division. This included the design, planning and delivery of a series of End User workshops looking at the future opportunities for GBSS, as well as analysis of the latest Workplace Survey data capturing critical fixes moving forward.

Incendium Partner Steve Norris added: “As we continue to grow our client base and take on increasingly diverse projects, we are so pleased to be able to create a flexible new role within the business that allows us to retain talent that has grown up with us and that helps us adapt to the fast-paced market with greater agility. We believe that by being able to use Shannon in a research and business support function, as well as in a continued client role, we will be better placed to scale as required. Having worked with Shannon these past three years, I know that this appointment will be a great fit.”
