Incendium’s new
‘unlimited holiday’ policy

In a bid to beat the January blues, we thought it was a good time to announce our new HR policy – effective from 1 January 2019, we have rolled out an ‘unlimited holiday’ policy for all our full time employees.

We’ve been busy reassessing HR within Incendium and, having had flexible working conditions as part of our culture since we started, we wanted to create a flexible holiday policy that reflected us as an employer.

We know how important work/life balance is: for our wellbeing, our relationships, our family & friends plus our productivity, creativity and energy. We want to empower and trust our people to ensure that they do what they need to do, in order to be the very best they can be.
